Join the shala teachers and our student teachers for a class for everyone. Sometimes a seasoned shala teacher and his/her apprentice will teach, at other times our final year student teachers, or teachers new to the shala will lead. These classes will be taught within the classical hatha teachings. This is a great opportunity for our new teachers to spread their teaching wings! By donation.
